"The sensors that the rover uses are going to be the infrared sensor and the ultrasonic sensor, as they are essential to being able to detect surroundings and knowing how far away an object is. Some of the decisions that the AI will make are to tell the rover where to go, when to stop moving to recharge energy, tell the rover if it should avoid travelling into a specific area and to locate and collect samples and objects. Based on its AI decisions, it will carry out a certain task that is required to be done at any point in time, and it will always use the most efficient method possible."
