"Remover of Debris (R.O.D.)
It has a camera that detects objects and uses small rockets to move towards the object. It has to determine whether the object is junk or not. If it is junk, it turns on an electromagnet that sucks in the object. The debris is then collected and is sent to Earth where it can be made into new satellites."
